Refund policy
We offer a No Refund/ Exchange only policy. However, customers can try on the product during the delivery process and before payment. Once the courier leaves, only exchanges are allowed. Please Note:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package
- you can either accept the whole package or return the whole package.
Items can only be exchanged with a different size.
- Exchanged Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags in tact.
- Exchanges are done based on availability. If the item is sold out, your exchange will be processed when the item is back in stock. If it will not be restocked, you are eligible for a refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for both shipping and exchange fees.
